The issue FEC is tackling with this project is the significant digital divide affecting low-income families in Canada. We provide the internet and the necessary equipment to those who lack it, and offer setup support to ensure they can utilize these tools effectively.
Project Machine Learning Computer
FEC sponsored a student to create ‘Gigahash’, a mining rig repurposed for machine learning. Students can now submit proposals to use its high-performance capabilities for ML projects.
